煮法:
买一条新鲜淮山和一只鸡
1 . 洗净所有药材并放入1.5-2公升的清水中.
2 . 洗净整条淮山并切成一小段。用盐洗净鸡肉,加入水中,以大火煮滚。
3 . 转小火熬煮2小时,最后调味即可享用

1. Rinse and put all the herbs into 1.5-2 litres of water.
2. Use whole chinese yam and cut into a few parts. Wash chicken with salt and put ingredients into water. Bring water to boil with high fire.
3. Reduce heat to low flame and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt and ready to serve.
