Buy Fresh Chinese Yam(Huaishan), Meat(Pork Ribs) 

1. Rinse And Put All The Herbs Into 1.5-2 Litres Of Water. 

2. Use Whole Chinese Yam And Cut Into A Few Parts. Wash Meat With Salt And Put Ingredients Into Water. Bring Water To Boil With High Fire.

3.  Reduce Heat To Low Flame And Simmer For 2 Hours. Season With Salt And Ready To Serve.
